Welcome to Furulid!
– campsite is open –
We offer camping in Varamobaden, a family-friendly
beach in Motala. Here you will stay in a calm and beautiful
surrounding with only a short walk to the sandy beach. Our cafe is open
and is well worth a visit, enjoy a cup of coffee with a homemade sandwich!
Furulid is operated by Equmeniakyrkan Motala, a congregation of
Uniting church in Sweden, which locates its activities here. You are
welcome to take part of a summer program with a lot of singing and music.
Midsummer is celebrated traditionally with many visitors, one of
the highlights of the summer.

Opening hours cafe and reception
TUESDAY – SUNDAY 12:00 – 16:00
The campsite is partly open for caravans and motorhomes. Check-in possible by phone when
the reception is closed. See information at the bulletin board near the service house.

Café Furulid offers lunch
|
Now there is the opportunity to have lunch at Furulid! Choose between baked potato, pie, salad
and more. Coffee and bread are included.
|
|
Waffles, ice cream and sandwiches are also served. If the weather permits, a place on our
outdoor dining is recommended. Welcome!

New Furulid
|
Equmeniakyrkan Motala has moved its activities to Furulid entirely. A new building
with church, cafe and reception for the campsite has been built.
|
|
The camping area is increased and the new service house offer fine facilities for
our guests. The motorhome pitches have a new electricity system.

Travel directions
Drive towards Varamobaden, it is signposted from all entrances to
Motala. After leaving/crossing national road nr 50, turn right towards Varamobaden.
Drive straight ahead at the roundabout. Furulids main entrance is the second on the right side.
